Yellow lentils are cooked with Kingfisher Watercress Farm's homegrown watercress and caramelised garlic, then garnished with fragrant coriander leaves. This wholesome dish is a warm, peppery, and comforting.

Kingfisher Farm has been growing watercress in Abinger Hammer, Surrey, since 1854. This totally native product is grown in natural running spring water, without the aid of fertilisers or insecticides.
