Mandira's favourite Bombay Mix (or should we say Calcutta Mix) is a local blend called Mukhorochok. Since we cannot get that special blend anywhere but Calcutta, our chefs have created this beautifully blended alternative. It's perfecting for snacking or adding to the nibbles at parties.
